This book contains 39 papers presented at the Third International Conference on Computational Methods and Experimental Measurements for Surface Treatment Effects, which was held in Oxford, UK, July 15 17, 1997. Previous conferences have been held in Southampton, UK (1993) and Milan, Italy (1995).
