While her work seems spontaneous, the fluidity of her lines betray an intense degree of concentration and a striking command of the medium. The book includes her most recent paintings and a selection of sculptural drawings—on zippered paper with mirrored Mylar—that conjure up the squashed and distorted images of her paintings. Exhibition at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in February 2006 with other North American venues to follow.
