In a running discourse he reveals his own view of architecture and art, while a commentary by J.M. Bonet, Director of the IVAM Modern Art Museum in Valencia, provides insight into Baldeweg's artistic career. Art works presented include paintings, photographs, and drawings; architectural projects areaccompanied by sketches, plans, situation maps, axonometricdrawings and photographs. In 1998 Juan Navarro Baldewegwas awarded the highly coveted Heinrich Tressenow Gold Medal for architecture (previously won by Zumthor and Grassi), and in recent years he has won several international competitions. His latest architectural work is the Woolworth Music Center at Princeton University.
